The VMS Racing High Performance Distributor Caps are designed to get rid of the weak OEM internal coil found inside the distributor cap of most Honda and Acura vehicles. This distributor cap is constructed to allow the use of any high output external coil such as those made by VMS Racing, MSD, Accell, Mallory etc… This cap has a integrated coil tower to allow the use of any high voltage external coil with either of the supplied 10.2MM high performance spiral core coil wires.
VMS Racing Distributor Caps feature brass terminals for maximum conductivity and also include two 10.2MM coil wires with male and female ends which eliminates the difficult task of having to fabricate your coil wire like on the MSD caps which supply a regular wire and a crimp tool and you need to make the wire yourself.
VMS Racing Cap And Rotor Kits Include:
– VMS Racing Distributor Cap in red or black (your choice)
– VMS Racing High Performance Rotor in red
– Two VMS Racing 10.2MM coil wires in red, 1 Coil wire has female ends and 1 coil wire has male Ends to accommodate virtually any High performance coil brand.
NOTE:
This Distributor Cap and Rotor Kit will only work if you are installing an EXTERNAL coil on your vehicle. This Distributor Cap will not work as a OEM replacement for the stock cap if plan to continue to use an internal coil.
